Avoid Superlatives – To attract diverse candidates to apply to our jobs, it is helpful to avoid excessive usage of superlatives such as “superior”, “world class”, “rigid”, “hierarchical”, instead use words that are more inclusive such as, “create”, “collaborate”, “trustworthy”, “intuitive” etc.
